We have taken an video at our location in Sottrum with the help of a drone.

Our newly constructed photovoltaic system on the roof of the building covers an area of 40,000 m². It consists of 12,000 modules with an output of approximately 5 MW, enabling an annual electricity production of around 4.5 million kWh. Our plant is not only environmentally conscious, but also efficient. The plant will contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions in the entire region. By building the photovoltaic plant in the already green landscape, are we taking a step towards to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future.

Yesterday we celebrated this year's summer party with over 40 people from the various European branches of our company in bright sunshine and 26 degrees Celsius. In addition to background music, there was a delicious buffet filled to the brim with grilled meat, fried sausages, many mixed salads and cold drinks. Various international desserts completed the evening's feast for the palate. The colleagues had time to enjoy the cosy atmosphere, to chat and to use it for a lively exchange.

We were present this morning for the start of the relay run from Sottrum to Sauveterre, and of course, we cheered on all the athletes.
As a company based in Sottrum with longstanding business relationships in France, we are thrilled to support this event as a sponsor. Nearly 30 athletes will cover the relay race in 11 stages. We have great respect for their achievement and have provided all participants with our MUSCULAR vacuum-insulated flask. We wish all the athletes a lot of fun.

After a two-year-long anticipation, this year's
journey to Ketsch for the 9th Cybergroup Beach Cup 2023 proved to be worth the
wait for us, the "Sandbox Friends". The dedication and relentless
practice of our diverse team bore fruit under the warm, summer skies of
Baden-Württemberg.

Amongst a
competition of 16 formidable teams, we made it to the finals. Securing the top
position in the group stage, we advanced directly to the knockout round of 16.
Despite the intensity of the competition and our fierce ambition, we found
immense joy in the rich social program that followed each match.

The
tournament organizers left no stone unturned in their preparations. With well-thought
volleyball gear - jerseys, caps, sunglasses, sunscreen, towels, and sports
bags, they catered to every player's need. A lavish spread of scrumptious food
and refreshing beverages was also at our disposal. The motto "Sun &
Fun" was brought to life with engaging activities like table football and
temporary pools for cooling off. And for those needing a breather, there were
skilled masseurs on hand.

The day
culminated in a grand evening event. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as
the trophy presentation was followed by a feast of delicious food and a lively
party. The well-deserved winners of the coveted trophy were the Italian team
"Atlantis Fioi", to whom we extend our warmest congratulations!

Our sincere gratitude goes to all those who organized and facilitated
this incredible event. According to the expression, "The end of one competition is
merely the beginning of preparations for the next," and thus, we have
already resumed training. We eagerly look forward to the friendly rivalry with
representatives from the 30 advertising industry teams next year.

The town twinning between the joint municipality of Sottrum and the French town of Sauveterre-de-Guyenne in the Dèpartment Gironde has already lasted half a century. To mark this anniversary, a friendship run is organised in July. As a company based in Sottrum with long-standing business relations to France, we are pleased to support this event as a sponsor. We have great news: Also this year, our apprentices have passed their exams, even at the top of the class. We congratulate them on this great achievement and welcome them to professional life! As apprentice wholesale and foreign trade merchants, three more skilled workers now support us in the team. Something is happening on the roof of our headquarters in Sottrum. The already existing rooftop photovoltaic system of the headquarters is being expanded on a roof area of 40,000 m². On these almost 6 football fields, more than 12,000 modules with a peak output of about 5 MW will enable an average annual electricity production of about 4.5 million kWh. At full capacity, this will cover many times the plant´s own needs. The surplus "green" electricity will be fed into the power grid, thus sustainably reducing CO² emissions in the entire region. For Inspirion, this does not only mean a reduction of the ecological footprint and a contribution to climate protection.

Following the conversion of the vehicle fleet to electric cars as far as possible and the construction of a 60 kW heat pump, the PV system is a further component of Inspirion GmbH´s sustainable overall concept of being almost self-sufficient even in northern Germany´s sluggish weather with little sunshine.

The CTCO trade show is the major annual meeting place for professionals in the advertising object and textile sector in France. Reserved exclusively for specialist distributors, it took place this year from 31 January to 2 February.

After two years of serious disruption due to Covid, this edition was eagerly awaited. It was a great success.

More than 10,600 visitors were registered over the 3 days, which is an excellent attendance. 314 exhibitors took part in the show.

Inspirion's 64 m² stand, ideally placed near the entrance of the show, was particularly appreciated. For the first time, two TV screens were set up on one side of the stand to show videos of our new products and our new logistics platform in Sottrum, and on the other side to present our digital catalogue ADC.

Present on the stand were Philippe Bocchi, Henri Fernandez and their colleague from Germany, Anne Sieg-Boufenara.

The atmosphere and the exchanges with customers and prospects were very positive. And the many positive messages communicated by Inspirion were very much appreciated by the resellers.
